And when the keys are handed over, we don’t disappear. Our new home care plans look after the homes we build, and the ones we didn’t, while their owners are away.

For second-home owners and seasonal residents. We visit on a set schedule, check everything a builder would check, and send you photos every time.
- Run water at every faucet, shower and tub
- Flush every toilet so seals and traps stay wet
- Check for leaks under sinks, at toilets and the water heater
- Confirm the AC is running and the thermostat is set right
- Look for pests, odors, humidity and storm damage
- Check pool and spa level, equipment and irrigation
- Test doors, windows, locks and the alarm
- Dated photo report sent to you after every visit

Every project is led personally by our founder, with a site supervisor who knows the plans and a weekly update you can count on.
Concept & budget
We meet on your lot or in your home, define the vision with your designer or ours, and build a budget covering interior, exterior, and landscape.
Plans & permits
Our director of projects oversees design and engineering and walks the plans through the city so nothing stalls at the counter.
Construction
Our own licensed trades run concrete, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. You get weekly updates and a clear schedule.
Walkthrough & care
We walk every project with you at completion, and our home care team can look after it from there.
