Heric K. Silva is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning technology, finance, and real estate development.

He began his career in electronics engineering, studying at the University of Maryland Munich Campus. After completing his studies, he worked for the U.S. Military in Germany, where he developed computer systems for field communications and procurement management.

Following his time in Germany, Heric moved to Los Angeles, where he transitioned into private money lending and investment finance. He spent several years at TI Capital, an investment firm specializing in structured financing, gaining extensive experience in capital markets and financial strategy.

Building on his expertise in finance and development, Heric later entered the real estate sector, focusing on modular construction and large-scale commercial projects. As the founder of Blackoak Construction Inc., he has led the development of thousands of apartments and hotel rooms, utilizing cutting-edge modular building techniques to streamline construction and improve efficiency.

Fluent in five languages, Heric brings a global perspective to his work, allowing him to navigate international business landscapes and drive innovative, high-impact projects. His focus on innovation, efficiency, and scalability continues to shape the future of construction and real estate development.

With over 20 years of experience, she has designed luxury homes, boutique hotels, restaurants, and commercial spaces across the U.S. and internationally. Now serving as Vice President of Design at Blackoak Construction Inc., Kayla leads the design vision for the company’s development projects, ensuring that interior and architectural aesthetics align seamlessly with modern innovation and efficiency. As Foreman and Head of Manpower at Blackoak Construction Inc., he plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale modular and multifamily developments.

A valuable asset to the construction process, Pablo serves as the key liaison between the field and the engineering offices, ensuring that design intent is effectively translated into on-site execution. His ability to bridge communication between engineers, architects, and construction crews helps keep projects on track, minimizing delays and ensuring efficiency.

With a deep understanding of construction logistics, scheduling, and site supervision, Pablo oversees daily operations, ensuring that projects stay on time, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.
